6:30 PM | First Games Kick Off For The Weekend!
See the schedule here. We’ll kick off the weekend with some 7-aside competitive soccer games to start the tournament. Join us for the Billfest kickoff party Friday evening to remember a great man, share some memories, and get excited for the rest of the weekend!
May 3, 2025 | 7-Aside Soccer & All-Skills Kickball

9:30 AM | Soccer Teams Arrive and Check In
Check-in with your team and see the schedule when you arrive on Saturday morning! Food & drinks are for sale all day. Purchase shirts and stickers while supplies last to support the Billy K Memorial Fund.

10:00 AM | Soccer Tournament Begins
7-aside competitive co-ed soccer games run from 10-6:30 pm on Saturday with a silent auction open all day! Prizes for BEST DRESSED TEAM, BEST TEAM NAME, WORST REF, and more.

11:00 AM | Kickball Games Begin
See the schedule here. Kickball games begin on the grass so get ready for a great time! Kickball rules include 1) Forced outs, 2) Everyone bats at every inning, 3) No strikeouts, and 4) Can tag for out or hit with the ball below the head!

12:00 PM - 2:00 PM | Soccer Break
We’ll take a break after a morning of soccer and enjoy the food & drinks for sale, and don’t forget to check out the silent auction!

2:00 PM - 2:30 PM | Kickball Break
Now it’s Kickball’s turn to take a break, enjoy the food & drinks for sale, and don’t forget to check out the silent auction!

2:30 PM | Final Kickball Round For First Place!
Watch the top two kickball teams of the day go head to head to see who will be named the WINNER of Billfest 2025 kickball!

5:30 PM | Final Soccer Round For First Place
First place team wins $1500! Second place wins $1000! Cheer on the top two teams to see who will take home the Billfest 2025 title.

6:30 PM | Awards, Prizes, and Open Mic
Awards, prizes, silent auction results, and an open mic to share stories and memories to close out the two-day adult tournament and get everyone excited for the kids tournament on Sunday!
May 4, 2025 | Kids Soccer Tournament

9:00 AM | Arrive and Check In
Check in at the tournament table to get your child assigned to their team. Please ensure your kids are dressed for the weather.

9:30 AM | Tournament Begins
We’ll kick off the tournament and have a fun-filled day of soccer games, facepaint, food & drink for sale all day, and shirts and stickers to support the Billy K Memorial Fund while supplies last.

3:00 PM | Awards and Prizes!!
After a packed day of soccer games, we’ll finish the day with awards and prizes for MVP and SPORTSMANSHIP!
